We weren’t sure what to expect, if I’m honest. A home visit sounded a bit odd at first. But from the moment Nick arrived it just felt completely relaxed — he laid everything out on the kitchen table, had a proper chat with us about what we were after, and there was no pressure whatsoever. We found our rings within the hour and we’re both dead chuffed with them. The quality is brilliant and the price was far better than anything we’d seen on the high street.

We’d already traipsed round a couple of jewellers in town and come away more confused than when we went in. Castle Jewellery was the complete opposite. Daniel actually listened, helped us narrow things down without it feeling like a sales pitch, and didn’t rush us once. The rings arrived beautifully packaged and were absolutely spot on. We’ve already recommended them to two other couples who are getting married this year.

My husband works with his hands so we needed something practical that he’d actually want to wear every day. Daniel suggested titanium — which we hadn’t even considered — explained it all clearly and let us try a few options on properly. He wears his every single day without a second thought, and mine fits perfectly alongside my engagement ring. Couldn’t have asked for more, really. Brilliant service from start to finish.
